Board of Directors Nominations

  • If you would like to be nominated as a current member of the ACTR Board of Directors or by a member of the Board:

  • Familiarize yourself with the Board Candidacy Rubric.
  • Current Board members whose terms expire at the conclusion of the next general membership meeting (usually in February) and who wish to continue on the Board may request to be considered for renewal by submitting the candidate form and uploading any supplementary materials by the deadline for the current year as indicated below. No letter of support is required.

  • Nomination by a current Board member of a candidate from the general ACTR membership: A current Board member who wishes to nominate a candidate from the general membership for consideration by the Board’s Nominations Committee should contact the candidate before proceeding. If the candidate agrees to be nominated, the nominating Board member should submit a written nomination (letter of support) using the letter of support upload link. You should also direct your candidate to fill out the candidate form and upload any supplementary materials by the deadline indicated on the Nominations to the Board page for the current year (for AY 2025-2026, this deadline is December 1, 2025).

    Applications for candidacy to the board for the next cycle will be available November 1. We welcome your applications and look forward to receiving them!
